What happened last year ?……Two things
consolidated my world and got rid of a lot of stuff and made room for a new life
It was hard but worth it
What does it mean to make room for my future life ?
Means lettings go of objects that no longer inspired me ….even if they have sweet memories
Distilled my sweets memories to a very few objects
It was important for me to keep icons from my past that will help lunge me forward
I have been immersed in my work and changing my work
Going back in time to my original inspiration of cityscapes
Have been in a process of bringing everything together
Makes me nervous to do this and not feel like i am running back to an old familiar place …too familiar
But there is only one way to find out …yep…going forward , taking a chance and perhaps being wrong …but then what else is there …I’ve got nothing better to do.
In my new work there is getting back to my place of birth chile
